Lift passes and equipment are ordered per participant, not per group.
Day passes depend on age and year of birth, rental equipment on height, boot size and ability. Those details sit in a list on your side, not in a booking form. GroupsCAMP takes the list and turns it into the order.
One participant list, two orders
In GroupsCAMP you enter the participants once. From that come the name list for the lift passes with the correct age brackets and the equipment list with ski, boot and helmet sizes. If the class still changes, you change the list and not two orders.
Assigning age brackets correctly
Ski areas distinguish children, youths and adults by year of birth rather than school level, and the limits differ from area to area. A wrongly assigned year only shows up at the ticket desk. GroupsCAMP assigns the brackets from the year of birth.
Collecting equipment on site
The rental equipment is prepared at the rental shop in the ski area and is already sorted on arrival. The group collects it in one go instead of having each participant fitted individually. Adjustments on site remain possible.
